At Street Luxe Vintage, every piece in our collection is a carefully curated, one-of-a-kind luxury vintage item. Due to the unique and limited nature of our inventory, all sales are considered final sale unless the item arrives in a condition materially different from its description.
Damaged or Misrepresented Items If your item arrives damaged in transit or significantly differs from its listed description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@streetluxevintage.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a full refund or store credit at our discretion.
Condition Transparency We provide detailed descriptions and photographs of each item, including any vintage wear, patina, or imperfections consistent with the item's age and history. These characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.
Exchanges Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges.
